arne_wiebalckgmann fungi: sorry ... I was assuming the local part of the address to be case insensitive and have used the camel-case version in various places. 07:38
arne_wiebalckI updated my nick in my openinfra profile and I noticed the mail address is (now?) lower case ... has the form to edit the profile been adapted?07:45
fungiarne_wiebalck: i don't know much about the foundation member profile interface, it's maintained by a webdev contracting company the foundation uses08:12
fungiif you have specific questions about it i can try to find out08:13
arne_wiebalckfungi: ok, I was just surprised it is changed now to lower case, this may been like this, i.e. changing *anything* changes the address, since I did not update the profile in a while08:13
arne_wiebalckfungi: I am just asking since now the address is lower case and it seems I cannot change it back ... which will break gmann's change :-S08:14
fungiit may only break if the lookup in the foundation api is case-insensitive like gerrit's api08:15
fungisome quick testing of their api indicates that foundation member lookup by address treats the local-part in a case-insensitive manner, so i don't think it will break08:17
arne_wiebalckfungi: ok, thanks!08:38
gmannarne_wiebalck: not sure about nick but check-review-status tooling access gerrit account via email and that failed. My impressions was also local past is case insensitive as most of the email server accept but not gerrit10:18
arne_wiebalckgmann: yes10:18
arne_wiebalckgmann: apologies for this :-/10:19
gmannarne_wiebalck: no issue, I did not know about it so I updated in members file as case insensitive so my bad :)10:27
arne_wiebalckgmann: can you update the nick as well, please? seems there was a typo in my profile10:28
arne_wiebalckgmann: I can also leave a comment on the review ofc10:28
gmannarne_wiebalck: this one right? https://github.com/openstack/governance/blob/master/reference/members.yaml#L3010:29
arne_wiebalckgmann: yes, it needs an underscore10:29
gmannarne_wiebalck: +1, please do. 10:29
gmannarne_wiebalck: those we kept for contact purpose, so anytime you can update them if you change email or nick. 10:31

dansmithgmann: spotz does the tc meeting recording get posted somewhere?16:23
gmanndansmith: yeah, its here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAVSHvguxWU 17:45
gmanneven you can find  all the meeting posted in openstack-tc channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBuGwBXOmWHydSE09RM84wQ17:46
dansmithoh heh,duh thanks17:46
gmanntc-members: from doodle poll, it seems Thursday and Friday  13-17 UTC slots are good (same as we used to have in PTG) 17:54
gmannplease vote if you have not yet.17:54
gmannseems it will conflict with rosmaita cinder sessions. and may be others as we cannot avoid conflicts 17:54
gmannrosmaita: is it ok for you ^^ just checking in case you can manage it Thursday-Friday 13-17 UTC?17:55
fungilooks like the release team chose 1400 friday for their slot17:55
fungiso maybe don't do any release cadence discussions overlapping that, at least17:56
gmannyeah, topic wise we can manage to avoid conflict.17:56
gmannmost of 13-17 UTC on Tuesday to Friday conflict with Cinder, Glance, neutron and most probably Nova too https://ethercalc.openstack.org/7yxdas7suqnd18:21
opendevreviewDan Smith proposed openstack/project-team-guide master: Migrate deprecation tag to a document here  https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/project-team-guide/+/83212619:12
rosmaitagmann: is there any chance of the TC meeting outside of the official time blocks?19:12
dansmithgmann: ^ does that look like what you were expecting?19:12
fungirosmaita: we could lobby to make it a two-week ptg!19:13
dansmithor just give up entirely and embrace "Never stop PTGing!"19:14
fungialways be ptging. coffee is for ptgers19:14
rosmaitafungi: i wasn't thinking so expansively, was just thinking maybe 2 hours earlier than 1300 or later than 1700, but 19:15
rosmaitano reason why we couldn't meet another week, i guess :D19:15
fungidiablo_rojo_phone may have thoughts, this probably isn't the first time it's been suggested19:16
gmannrosmaita: after 17 UTC it might be late for West cost TZ. but might not be too late its after 6 PMish 19:23
gmannbut extend for another week, if it is extending the PTG then looks fine but it is just non-PTG then we might loose the audience as most of people just take rest/away after PTG19:25
gmannI suggest we keep it for 1 week but find some other timeslot then most busy one 13-17 UTC19:26
fungiyeah, my point was more that if we really have more overlapping sessions than we can cram into a week, then we should consider a longer ptg while it's still virtual and there are no venue access constraints19:27
fungithe gaps in the schedule are there so that people who need to attend sessions for multiple teams don't wind up glued to the screen for more than 4 hours at a time19:27
fungifor their own health19:28
fungii wonder if facebook is aware of the name collision here: https://discuss.python.org/t/1406219:39
fungigranted, we have some ~80 project names so collisions are to be expected19:40
smcginnisfungi: Somewhere in the archives I had made a joke about running cinder with cinder.19:51
fungiyeah, i guess this has been going on for a while19:52
gmannarne_wiebalck: you can add vote in "Rollcall-Vote" also here (or in other governance patches) to count it official vote form TC members: https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/governance/+/83184720:47
arne_wiebalckgmann: ok, will do 21:17
gmannthanks21:18
