dcapone2004in case anyone reads this...problem had nothing to do with ansible version or kolla-ansible...it bad user input (aren't most issues), I was using a duplicated inventory file from a previous deployment that I used find and replace on to update the hostnames as the deployment was identical...however, from train to ussuri for kolla-ansible additional23:26
