sridhar_ramtbh: need to think about this a bit.. my initial thought is the VLs in the VNFD are referring to external VLs defined outside VNFD.. for e.g. VL2 within VNFD exists purely for modeling purpose, there is no role for orchestrator to create/delete VL2. So, VL outside VNFD and VL inside VNFD can code exist. Outside VL might have concrete ip-addr cidr, gw, etc.17:50
