sgwdirk: in case you happen to check in this weekend:  I am getting "unknown command" from OSC running in zuul on the openstack zuul instance (I don't get this error running locally), logs are here: http://logs.openstack.org/63/670363/15/check/flock-opensuse-build/3683a4d/job-output.txt.gz04:14

dirksgw: okay, thanks, that is something to look at..06:20
dirkPotentially you just have a very old osc version due to the repository error?06:20
dirkI would rerun this on an openSUSE node06:21
sgwdirk: I printed the version out and it's the same as what I have locally 0.162.1, I am loading it from the openSUSE:Tools/xUbuntu_18.10 repo, I get the same failure from osc with the "api" command.  I will look into running it on an openSUSE node, I will have to figure out how to set that up and change my osc installation tasks13:47

dirksgw: can you add -H to the call ?15:39

dirksgw: potentially some ca certificate or some other dependency is missing or in a different version. You can change the node simply by using a different nodeset, the one to try is opensuse-1515:41
