catherineDluzC: so does the server you use for RefStack server have external network connectivity?19:39
sslypushenko_luzC:  don't forget to update your /etc/hosts in other case openstackid will not work properly19:39
sslypushenko_even fake openstackid =)19:40
catherineDsslypushenko_: yea that is important19:40
luzCahhh... So yes, server have external network connectivity and I can access refstack UI with the IP address... I do not have a domain name19:42
sslypushenko_I had an idea that it is nice to have fake openid auth service in refstack-docker setup... but I don't have to enough time to implement it =(19:42
sslypushenko_luzC:  it can be an issue19:43
luzCso, I added something like dlux_refstack.com to /etc/hosts so when I authenticate with openstackid it tries to redirect me back which fails... so from there I manually input the ip address and it looks like I'm authenticated again...19:44
catherineDluzC: is the server a VM? if so you need to update /etc/hosts on the host server as well19:44
luzCyes19:44
luzCit is a vm19:44
catherineDvm on Linux or Window?19:44
luzCvm linux ubuntu trusty19:45
sslypushenko_The easiest way - is to setup Refstack locally on our laptop.... In this case you can add 'localhost.org' name in to /etc/hosts/ and it will resolve the issue19:45
catherineDUbuntu VM on a Ubuntu Host (hypervisor)19:45
catherineD?19:45
luzCyes CatherineD,19:46
sslypushenko_also you can update both /etc/hosts19:46
sslypushenko_on VM19:46
catherineDsslypushenko_: I agree .. that is my setup .. I have VirtualBox VM on my Window  laptop19:46
sslypushenko_and on your laptop19:46
luzCahh ok19:46
sslypushenko_I guess it will work19:46
catherineDluzC: yup try what sslypushenko_: suggests .. that works for me19:48
luzCok, I'll give a try again and let you know :)19:48
luzCthank you both for the input :)19:49
catherineDluzC: yw   thanks sslypushenko_:19:51
sslypushenko_ I was glad to help :)19:52
