chem_nick: ok, so I think that you don't have the openstack tenant on the system and not in the catalog.  In the debug log the error should fail after a openstack project list .  Eventually I would say that adding the keystone_tenant {'openstack': ensure => present} to your catalog would solve the issue.17:23
