eranromGreetings, anybody here?13:19
cdoronI am. How may I assist you?13:29
eranromI followed the instructions here: https://github.com/openstack/storlets and the storlet does not work13:31
eranromI did everything as written, but when I do a POST with X-Run-Storlet it fails13:32
eranromI basically wanted to survey on when to do a weekly IRC meeting.13:35
eranromI will locate people's emails....13:35

*** wbhuber has quit IRC14:55
hroueranrom, do you mean the intro msg ?14:59
eranromif this is what it is :-)15:02
eranromI have just created this one: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Meetings/Storlets15:05
eranromI will try and send mail reaching out to everyone on the channel to discuss slot15:06
hrouSure !  Just try not to conflict with the swift meeting I'd say :)15:27
hroueranrom, I see how to set the welcome banner but don't have permissoin it seems:  Setting it like: "/msg ChanServ SET #openstack-storlets <msg>"15:32
hrouI'll get infra guys to do it15:32
hroueranrom, cdoron do you like this message:15:32
hrou"Welcome to #openstack-storlets. This channel is logged here: http://eavesdrop.openstack.org/irclogs/%23openstack-storlets.  Using an IRC bouncer (eg http://znc.in/) will help you stay involved in the conversation."15:32
hrou?15:32
cdoronDo you want to say a few words about what storlets are, or do you assume that whoever entered #openstack-storlets already knows?15:34
hrouIt does seem you want to make it too long though15:35
hrouHere is the one for swift:15:35
hrou"Welcome to #openstack-swift. This channel is logged. Using an IRC bouncer (eg http://znc.in/) will help you stay involved in the conversation."15:35
hrouand seems like a lot of channels just doing have anything15:36
hrouwait I think there are 2 things .. one is we welcome msg and the other is a banner15:37

hrouYep there's a topic and welcome message;  I'm playing around to see if I can become the channel OP - I was till the infra folks took it over  ..errr .. :) - should be away without it, I know swift folks set the channel topic often (at least notmyname)16:59
