I'm trying to launch a devstack with qinling on Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic Beaver), but am running into https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/75683 (kubelet 1.11.0 depends on kubernetes-cni 0.6.0 but 0.7.5 is installed); I updated the ansible playbook to use 1.13.6 instead, which resolved that issue, but now the calico controller and coredns pods are stuck in Pending state.
