duleklivelace: Hm, yeah, it shouldn't be like that…08:19
duleklivelace: Okay, I deleted an LB and don't see that error, though it's not getting recreated, which isn't really how this should work.08:52

livelacedulek, I removed old LBaaSv2 loadbalancers, then I installed octavia, then I tried to start kuryr and I saw the error, kuryr-controller always restarted and I delete all Services which were the cause of the restarts, then I created those Services again and kuryr-controller created them without any problems.11:16
duleklivelace: Do you still have those logs? Some more context might be useful.11:17
livelacedulek, I think it will be a convenient way to do "scrub" which checks integrity of Services and recreate failed LB's for inconsistent Services.11:18
livelacedulek, No, I don't have any, I finished yesterday work with relief :)11:19
duleklivelace: IMO it's simply essential, I'm surprised it doesn't work that way.11:19
duleklivelace: Ha. ;)11:19
duleklivelace: Oh, I might have an idea how to trigger this, what happens if I scale my svc pods…11:20
livelace*I recreated Services without kuryr annotations, of course11:20
duleklivelace: Sure!11:20
duleklivelace: Can you file a bug that service's doesn't get recreated?11:20
duleklivelace: I'll dig the "Client Error for url" a bit more in a moment.11:21
livelacedulek, Not this time, sorry. Have to do many things :( Maybe tomorrow I will start my investigations again and I can say more, sorry11:22
duleklivelace: Well, it's one sentence bug, but whatever, I'll do it.11:22

openstackgerritMerged openstack/kuryr-kubernetes master: Add support for policyTypes at Network Policies  https://review.openstack.org/64869912:22
maysamsdulek: ping12:49
maysamsdulek: Do I only need to run this to be able to run upstream tests? `go get k8s.io/test-infra/kubetest && export PATH=$PATH:${HOME}/go/bin && kubetest --extract=${KUBETEST_VERSION} --provider=local --test --test_args="--ginkgo.focus=\[${KUBETEST_FOCUS}\]"`12:56
*** irclogbot_1 has joined #openstack-kuryr13:03
dulekmaysams: For the first time, yes, but like this: kubetest --extract=v1.14.0 --provider=local --test --test_args="--ginkgo.focus=\[Feature:NetworkPolicy\]"`13:03
dulekmaysams: Note that that version from --extract needs to match your cluster.13:04
dulekmaysams: And anything below 1.14 doesn't work - the tests were broken.13:04
maysamsdulek: right. Thanks!13:05

alisanhajiHello Folks, so I am back working on habing Kuryr in Magnum, but I am facing some unfortunate barriers...13:07
alisanhajiSo Kubelet in Magnum is containerized, so it doesn't have runc or docker commands to execute kuryr-cni executable13:08
alisanhajiI tried to mount /usr/bin to kubelet container, but all the places in the PATH are already in use. So whenever I try a new mount, it gives "something not found"13:10
alisanhajiI tried to change the PATH but it requires changing the kubelet container image, which I tried to do, but it doesn't seem to do the job13:11
alisanhajiIs there some way to launch kuryr-cni without invoking runc or docker?13:12
dulekalisanhaji: At the moment there's none and we tried many other options before and only this one seems okay. But let's think…13:27
dulekalisanhaji: Can you show me the definition of that kubelet pod?13:27
dulekalisanhaji: Or even container.13:27
dulekalisanhaji: Like what volumes are attached, etcd.13:28
duleks/etcd/etc :D13:28
alisanhajidulek: well the config.json of kubelet runc container says that are mounted /proc /dev /sys /etc/kubernetes /var/lib13:48
