jhorstmannwe are experiencing the same issue as oklhost mentioned. building rabbitmq and kolla-toolbox seems to be broken on ubuntu source, because the key used is the one for the ppa and not the repository (F77F1EDA57EBB1CC vs F6609E60DC62814E, see https://www.rabbitmq.com/signatures.html). for us it affects stable/ussuri, but the problem seems to apply all the way up to master11:48
