noonedeadpunkhey folks! I was trying to check on how to ask for being added to freezer-core group (as   https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/governance/+/914911 got finally merged), but it seems that group assignment is not stored "as a code" (which I guess is pretty much logical)07:40
noonedeadpunkbut then if it should be someone from infra or tc chair to populate the group, as previous PTL is unresponsive07:41
opendevreviewRadosÅ‚aw Piliszek proposed openstack/project-config master: Add new repository for NebulOuS testing data  https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/project-config/+/91687610:56
opendevreviewRadosÅ‚aw Piliszek proposed openstack/project-config master: [NebulOuS] Add repository for SAL  https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/project-config/+/91794311:07
clarkbnoonedeadpunk: correct its generally managed by existing members, but if those members are unresponsive then we can override that. Probably to add a TC member and then they can delegate how they feel? I'd have to look at it, but have a meeting I'm about to jump into now14:53
noonedeadpunkok, that's not super urgent14:54
clarkbnoonedeadpunk: its done. After reading the change it was pretty clear to me it should be safe to add you to freezer-core, freezer-tempest-core, and freezer-release15:41
clarkbthere is also a stable maint group but those have different rules that I can never remember so I dind't modify that one15:41
clarkbgmann: fyi^ since I think you may know what those rules are can say if noonedeadpunk should be added to the freezer stable maint group too15:41
clarkbnoonedeadpunk: oh and I didn't remove anyone just added you. Subsequent claenups may be necessary15:41
gmannclarkb: as per current stable core maintenance  policy, they are mainly maintained by project team instead of global stable core (which was the case previously). It is all ok to add current PTL or DPL liaisons to add there as core and then they take it further. 15:44
clarkbgmann: ack I'll make that change now then15:44
clarkbdone15:45
gmann++ thanks15:45
noonedeadpunkclarkb: awesome, thanks15:46
noonedeadpunkI think I should be able to handle consequitive cleanup as part of core group15:47
noonedeadpunk(if/when this be needed)15:47
