What I noticed is there is a function get_config_value(request, 'django_timezone', 'UTC') but apparently something goes wrong in there. It's supposed to take the value from request, cookie, settings file (in this order), but for timezone the case is in settings file value is called TIME_ZONE, while function looks for django_timezone.
