snadgei thought i'd fixed this problem.. but clearly not, tempest is failing for me and im getting a bunch of "Failed to establish authenticated ssh connection to cirros@172.29.249.125"06:37
snadgethere are no instances running with the cirros image, and no references to that ip in the neutron database.. maybe its deleted the instance as part of its cleanup, or it failed to create it in the first place. im not sure where to look for the problem06:39
snadgethe good news is 113 other tests passed, and only this one failed.. i found a html report which says its "tempest.scenario.test_server_basic_ops.TestServerBasicOps"06:52

mkufHello, I'm trying to deploy FWaaSv2 and VPNaaS via OSA. Problem is, that in order to get FWaaSv2 to work, I have to add the service_provider for FIREWALL_V2 via overrides (see http://paste.openstack.org/show/787431/), as the template is missing the fwaasv2 service provider in Rocky ( https://opendev.org/openstack/openstack-ansible-os_neutron/src/branch/stable/rocky/templates/neutron.conf.j2#L213 ).10:29
mkufThis causes the service_provider for vpnaas to vanish. Adding a second line to the service_provider overrides just replaces the first occurance, as its the same key. Any idea, how i could add both service_providers into neutron.conf (without patching the template)?10:29

ChosSimbaOneHi. I am having some issues with keepalived. I think it relates to the vips. So the haproxy_keepalived_external_vip_cidr and haproxy_keepalived_internal_vip_cidr13:31
ChosSimbaOnemust these be cidr ranges or just single ips?13:31
ChosSimbaOneNow i have them set for single ips for a public and internal ip address.13:32
jamesdentonthey would be a single IP13:33
jamesdentonIIRC13:33
ChosSimbaOneOKay, so just 10.0.0.2 or should it be 10.0.0.2/32?13:33
jamesdentonlet me verify, one sec13:33
ChosSimbaOnejamesdenton: thank you :-)13:34
jamesdentonAccording to the recent docs, it would be the VIP address with the respective cidr mask of the interface it sits on13:35

ChosSimbaOnejamesdenton: Thank you for the link. I am a bit confused with "haproxy_use_keepalived: False" Is that just if want haproxy without keepalived or as part of the setup?13:41
jamesdentonhaproxy_use_keepalived: "{{ (groups.haproxy | length) > 1 }}"13:44
jamesdentonso it's enabled if you have more than 1 haproxy node13:44
jamesdentonthe override would set it to false13:44
ChosSimbaOneahh, got it :-) So it is just if i would like my openstack to have haproxy but not keepalived.13:45
