dmsimard_KaszpiR_: you mean because they run out of order ?16:12
_KaszpiR_yeah16:12
_KaszpiR_each host runs given role as fast as it can16:13
_KaszpiR_and all output is mixed16:13
_KaszpiR_afair there was a issue for that in ansible16:13
dmsimard_KaszpiR_: yeah. I don't have any great ideas right now. ARA picks them up in the order Ansible sends them.16:14

dmsimardYeah, can't test every dot releases -- testing the latest of each release is a good compromise :)17:18

ara-slack2<solitaryr> small problem after an update of my system to Centos 7.5 and latest ARA...it no longer works.  The error message in the logs is complaining that it can't write to /var/share/httpd/.ara.  So to get by, I created a symlink...now the interface comes up but content is missing...like a fresh install17:43
ara-slack2<solitaryr> not familiar enough  with wsgi to debug adequately17:44

ara-slack2<dmsimard> ah it appears it would be the same issue as @dmdoucette had a few days ago18:43
ara-slack2<dmsimard> @dmdoucette, did you end up finding a solution or the issue ?18:44
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> Not yet. In the short term I have reverted back to 0.14.618:44
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> but my ara cli tool looks like it is having issues retrieving from the DB now18:45
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> File uploaded https://ara-community.slack.com/files/UAQ8723MK/FATJ1BLUQ/-.txt / https://slack-files.com/T6VAB05L7-FATJ1BLUQ-958837bfce18:46

ara-slack2<dmdoucette> this is why I was upgrading to begin with18:46
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> there is nothing in the install because it is not reading the correct configuration to point to your DB.  It is like a brand new install18:47
ara-slack2<dmsimard> sudo ? if you run directly as the root user, does that work ?18:47
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> #ara playbook list No row was found for one()18:47
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> I was reading through some commits and there was a race condition I think that was addressed in 0.1518:48
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> not positive it is related18:48
ara-slack2<dmsimard> that sounds like it could be18:49
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> @solitaryr I bet that you have a blank sqlite db in /var/share/httpd/.ara18:49
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> it seems like 0.15 was not reading in the base configurations correctly and was going to a default18:50
ara-slack2<dmsimard> ok, I'll have to spend some time on it. I'll deploy a 0.14.5 with mod_wsgi, run some stuff and thne upgrade to see what happens.18:51
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> :thumbsup:18:51
ara-slack2<dmsimard> I don't have plenty of time this week (at a conference) but I'll do my best :slightly_smiling_face:18:51
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> no worries from my end.  I'm just starting to kick the tires with it.  Pretty cool project BTW18:51

ara-slack2<solitaryr> @dmdoucette I hope it's not empty since that should have already had previous content.19:52
ara-slack2<solitaryr> guess I'll back down to 0.14.519:59
ara-slack2<dmdoucette> what I was saying is that it wsgi wasn't reading your from the ansible.cfg so it was picking a default.  If you downgrade your ansible.cfg should be read properly20:03
